Hello!

Hi there! My name is Matt, and I hope you're enjoying my photos. The pictures on the right are from MY wedding, April 4th 2009!

I'm a freelance wedding photographer, nature photographer, and a camera geek / tutor. I love God, I love my wife, family and friends, I love the outdoors in all it's wild purity, and I love this art!

My favorite portraits are usually made with dramatic light and scenery. I like to give subjects a little extra distance, so they can relax, be themselves, and get into the moment. On a wedding day, I think my favorite images are those dramatic portraits, the close-up photos of all the beautiful details, and the incognito, candid images of people expressing joy and excitement.
